She left feeling singled out, embarrassed, and humiliated over a routine purchase. What makes this even more concerning is that we've heard from others who claim this isn't an isolated incident and that people of color are being asked for identification and ID scans in situations where other customers are not. If that's true, it's deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about racial profiling. Whether this was the result of poor training or intentional conduct, no customer should ever feel targeted because of the color of their skin. Businesses have a responsibility to treat every customer with fairness and respect. I sincerely hope corporate investigates this location, reviews the surveillance footage and employee conduct, and takes appropriate action if these concerns are substantiated. Until then, I cannot recommend supporting this business.

This Allsup's has a snack side and a home goods side. They also have an assorted car supplies wall. They have every Tajin and hot sauce for those that could want or need that. My dad commented that they have nice even floors which is important if you are using a walker. The hot food display was fully stocked for the lunch rush and if I didn't have a date with Granny Clark I would definitely partake! They had hats and gloves and an area of toys which is nice!
