They were fantastic!!! We arrived mid-afternoon, and they were out of lemon and chocolate, but there were plenty of other choices. The nice lady at the register even went to check in back to see if there were any more flavors that weren't in the case. The crust on these pies is light and flaky, and there's plenty of filling appropriate to the amount of crust. Note to self...next time, don't try to eat the cherry pie in the car! It was delicious, but a bit messy. If you're visiting Glen Rose, which is definitely worth a visit, be sure to grab a pie, or three, from this place!

This Allsup's has a snack side and a home goods side. They also have an assorted car supplies wall. They have every Tajin and hot sauce for those that could want or need that. Milk and bread and even Allsup's tortillas. The store has a Quik Trip vibe in being large and well set up! My dad commented that they have nice even floors which is important if you are using a walker. The hot food display was fully stocked for the lunch rush and if I didn't have a date with Granny Clark I would definitely partake! They had hats and gloves and an area of toys which is nice!
