Well on the 24th we called and were told they have a two week window putting us out till July 8th. It is now July 11th and the line is still not buried. Whenever we call in they give a million excuses but it still does not get fixed. This company absolutely sucks!!! We are now looking for a new provider that actually cares about its customers.

The sales representative convinced them to purchase a prior model (Galaxy S2) for the same 2-year contract rate as the new S3 was being sold at other providers. Less than 2 weeks after this, the new S3 was available at this location for the same price that the S2 was purchased. They refused to change the phone. Not a good location or provider to purchase from.

The first time I came for help with my phone, the guy was very helpful and friendly. The 2nd time…read morethat I needed help, the guy seemed to not listen to what I had said and said I needed a phone replacement and that a new one phone wouldn't be covered because he assumed it was wet since it was raining outside; when in fact, the phone never got wet in the first place. I had an idea of what was wrong with my phone after reading about it online and the guy at the store acted like he didn't believe what I was saying like I was stupid and told me that wasn't the problem. Pretty much he said that my phone couldn't be fixed and left me even more confused than before. Later that night the phone started working again and I'm so glad that I didn't pay the deductible to get another phone from insurance. Since this is not a cooperate Verizon, I'm not sure that they are fully informed about how phones work. If I ever have a problem again I will go to a cooperate store vs this one. So disappointed even though they carry the Verizon logo, the service is far from the typical outstanding service I have received at a cooperate store.
