Then they connect you to the service department, who after 7 minutes of nonsense says OK they have canceled the request for repair. Then the next day at 9 AM sharp the tech shows up (TWO DAYS EARLIER than he would have been supposed to, had the visit not been canceled). The customer service is completely worthless and dangerously inept. Oh and now my billing "pay by" date has mysteriously been moved up by a half a month.

The lineman sent to bury fiber left the line exposed AND property damages! The installer running fiber from the street to home was very good and tested before leaving. Not sure why the company sends a salesperson in addition and that is tacky. My cell service is fine and your company cannot come close to my bill. I will sign up with someone else and eliminate further aggravation.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all started when I was…read morebilled twice for the services they provided - Every month, but only one of the services being provided. I tried to address this issue by updating my card information on their website, but they conveniently updated their website, which made it impossible to update the card on file. Over the course of several weeks, I spoke with over 30 different representatives, each of whom assured me that my card information would be updated. However, despite their promises, my card details remained unchanged..for only the website services (still being billed twice for only one website). To make matters worse, the company eventually sent my account to collections because they couldn't update the card or bill the card that I had previously updated with all of these past representatives, of which I had one charge applied from two months before, but only once. But the horror didn't end there. The client who was supposed to receive the services, which I had already paid for, ended up suing me for $10,000. I lost this case. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they refused, and once again tried to get me to update my card for the past due. Of which was the exact amount I had been double billed for. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and its services.
