My nails were left scratchy with barely any polish applied, and the tech looked bored and uninterested, as if she just wanted to get it over with. I even had to file my own nails at home afterward because they were sharp and unsafe for my patients. If this salon only wants appointments instead of walk-ins, they should make that clear on their website. Customer service here is consistently poor, and I won't be coming back or recommending this place. There are plenty of better salons out there--even if they're farther away.

I came in for a natural looking French manicure, which ended up not matching the colors I wanted. I mentioned the white being too white and I didn't get much of a reply when I stated that. I was convinced to do "rounded square" nails, which turned out almond, but I didn't mind that. I wear almond nails often. I had to ask for the French tips to be fixed a few times and when I would say a nail was messed up, the lady sighed and would grab my hand to fix it without letting me finish to say what nail I was talking about. When it came to the massage, she did an amazing job on the first hand. When it got to the second, she used a drop of lotion that fell on my arm while she was massaging the first hand and rubbed it in for 10 seconds. The lady seemed a bit rushed. I didn't want to stay any longer feeling like I'm burdening her. Inside the shop, I felt like my nails looked okay, but when I got in my car, I noticed I was bleeding and some of the nails looked a bit funky. Mandy did assure me I could come back to fix whatever I didn't like, but other than her nice demeanor, I didn't feel welcomed by the woman doing my nails.
