Linh's window fashions carries Hunter Douglas products at very competitive price. The owner and the other ladies at the store are knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Communication was on time when products had to be delayed for shipment due to manufacturer's supply problem. And the owner was prompt to have Hunter Douglas replace a problem blind due to manufacturing defect. New blind was remade and installed in about 10 days. Installer is experienced and installation was smooth and quick. Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Linh's. Just had our cellular blinds cleaned here. They took the colour out of three of them, making them useless as blackout blinds. They refused to refund even the cleaning costs ($200 on a $1500 bill), unless we purchased new blinds ($1,000+) from them. So a bit of a scam really. Of course we had signed a waiver and legally they are correct, but morally they have no integrity. My suspisions were raised when they demanded full payment up front. Why, when they have our blinds do they need 100% prepayment. Obviously this happens a lot. I absolutly do not recommend them for cleaning. Anyone willing to sell their reputation for $200 should scare you. read more

We're so excited for our new Hunter Douglas blinds from Linh!!! From start to finish we had an excellent experience. Linh is very hands on with her clients which will guarantee you a great experience. She will come to your home to ensure she has the proper measurements. You can visit her showroom to see the different product options and color samples - which I must add can be overwhelming ... there's so much to look at! But her showroom is also incredibly organized and after having discussions about the look we wanted, she helped to narrow down the options to make the experience less intimating. Linh will also come to your home with the samples to ensure what you've selected will fit beautifully in the home. She came on the day of installation to ensure everything was functioning and syncing properly to our automation system. I appreciated that Linh was incredibly knowledgeable in the technological aspect but also when it came to to the design/decorative aspect of selecting colors and fabrics and styles that would look great in our home. My wife and I recently purchased blinds for our entire house through linh's window fashions. We were referred to her through a friend. She sat down with us determined the best fit for our house colour, style and of course price. She was able to find something within our price range that looked amazing. This is a worry free financial expense, they measure, they install and they make sure you are happy. It took less than 3 weeks from order, keep in mind we have over 14 windows and some that require a ladder to install. We had one slight hiccup the one of our windows that are not accessible without a ladder were not spaced right. Her team were there within the hour and stayed until it was to our satisfaction. All this and they were 1100 bucks cheaper than lowes, Costco or other budget blind places. Linh gave us a quote and guaranteed if we found a better price she would beat it by 5 percent. Ordered some pocket style blinds with aluminum lining for a south facing bedroom window that gets FULL sun. During these heat waves this summer, the room has been unbearable. The blinds arrived and were installed, and made a noticeable difference in the temp of the room. It's bearable now. Linh told me that the blinds should keep the heat in during the winter too, so I'm happy with the blinds. read more

I moved into a new home and knew that I wanted Hunter Douglas blinds. I didn't want to go to the big box store or do it myself. After looking around at different companies, I settled with Linh. She is a small company that has been around for years, so it was nice to have personal service. She came to my home and did the measuring, and then made suggestions for what would look good and fit my budget. Linh's Window Fashions responded quickly to our request for a quote and provided a couple of alternatives as covering our windows was going to be expensive. Our builder had installed blinds which were great at blocking the sun but offered no privacy. As we did not want to take those down our options were very limited. As a result we only redid one room. We are very happy with the result, the Hunter Douglas top down Duettes work exactly as we wanted. Installation was professionally done and the installer showed us how to adjust the blinds (if it is ever needed). This is the second time we have had Hunter Douglas blinds in our home and they are far superior to any of the other brands we have had. Definitely worth the price. 2016: After two years, we still love our blinds. As new parents to a busy toddler, the shades we chose fit our lifestyle. The cordless aspect keeps it out of reach from little hands. And the blackout feature helps our baby son take naps during the day. The blinds are in tip top shape still, except for one. The one set of blinds no longer stayed up when raised. After two years, Linh still makes her clients feel valued. 2012: We purchased the Hunter Douglas Duette Architella honeycomb blackout cordless shades for our home. If quality and service is what you are looking for, you can stop looking around. We did our research and had looked around other places including Do-it-yourself kits, but were not quite satisfied until we met with Linh. She was very personable throughout the whole transaction. I liked how we only dealt with her directly from start to finish. The shades are fantastic. The material is of high quality as with any Hunter Douglas products. If you are looking for a dark room, I would highly recommend the blackout shades. My husband works the graveyard shift, so blocking out the sunlight is priority in our bedroom. It also keeps the heat out as well. As a result, our AC bill is lower. And the cordless feature works well with pets and kids. We have two hyper active bengal cats. Linh came to our place to measure the windows on the same day we checked out her store. After completing the order, the shades only took about two weeks to arrive.
