Markus was amazing. He showed up on time and when I showed him the work I needed done he found easier/cost saving solutions. I had him put two new outlets in the wall to mount my TVs and had him install 3 new ceiling fans. During his work on one of the fans he noticed that the housing didn't cover the old paint job and quickly pointed this out to me (luckily the painters were still there so this was an easy and quick fix) and waited to finish the job until it was fixed. Markus scheduled the replacement and upgrade of my electrical panel on October 6th. He had pulled a permit with the county and apparently scheduled the work with PG&E and the County Inspector. On that day, nobody showed up by 10:00 so I contacted Markus who informed me he had been in an accident a few days prior and forgot to let me know he would not be coming. Funny how he didn't forget to cancel with PG&E or the County, if he even scheduled them at all. Fast forward to the middle of November where, after some prompting, Markus let me know he was still interested in doing the job but needed more photos as the PG&E representative he was dealing with had changed and required more info. I sent the new photos to Markus and I have not heard from Markus since then despite me sending him two texts and one email. On December 21, I finally sent Markus both a text and email letting him know I would not be having him do this job due to his lack of communication and his unreliability. I really don't know what happened in this situation but if Markus was not willing or able to do the job, he should have just told me. One thing for sure, Markus needs to treat his customers with a bit more common courtesy. read more

So glad that we found a great electrician here!! One night, the electricity in one of our rooms suddenly went off. Even the outlets doesn't have any power. Just that one room. My husband checked the breakers but couldn't find the problem. So we called Markus and after some hours (he has to check all the sockets etc.)he finally locate the problem. Seemed that there's a loose wire in one of the sockets (our house is an old house and the way they did the wiring is old). He fixed it for us and solved our problem!! Could not be happier with the service provided by Markus. Prompt efficient and very professional. I have a rental property in SLO that had an electrical issue. The property management company sent their electrician by who told me that I had an extremely serious electrical issues that was far to big a job for him to tackle. Markus spent two hours troubleshooting the issue and determined that it was a ground wire under the house that the wire nut had fallen off, and the wires were not connected. He reconnected the wires problem solved. He also told me several of my switches and outlets were not properly grounded which he also took care of. read more

I purchased a new spa and needed 220 and a sub panel. Markus came on time for the estimate. He had some good suggestions and gave us a fair estimate. He stayed in contact with us and two months later (when the spa arrived) he had it hooked up with in a week. Rain was forecasted for his start date. He called and asked if he could start a day earlier (Sunday) and we said sure! He was here on time and did a fantastic job!
