(Rain or shine!) Joseph is very sweet, but he will definitely make you want to push hard. He's very accomodating when it comes to injuries or diferent levels of fitness. I'd say so far, sometimes it starts a little slowly, but 15 minutes in, I'm definitely sweating. He really motivates us and keeps us going for the full duration of the class. I also really like the small class size.

The kids get to be wheeled around in the stroller and watch me work my tail off! the cool thing is that we are always moving from place to place during the class so the kids don't get antsy in the stroller. To them it's just a regular 1 hour walk in the park...(if only they realized how hard I was working!). I noticed a dramatic increase in muscle strength after only a couple classes. After 4 classes my body shrunk and my pants were loose! I will def continue with the next season and I am positive I will be able to wear my old "pre-baby" bikini this summer. This class is good for all moms, but specifically the moms who worry about lining up child care in order to go workout --- that's totally unnecessary with this class... buckle the babies/kids up and take them with you to this class! PS- I should mention I had not exercised in 3 years prior to doing this bootcamp AND I bring both my kids in the double stroller and I was still able to keep up. I also felt weak, sleep deprived, lazy, and it actually helped me with all those problems.

I highly recommend Unlimited Body NY, especially Danny's massage therapy and strength-training…read moreclasses. I had a leg injury and visited a chiropractor several times, but my progress was very slow. After only three deep-tissue massage sessions with Danny, I noticed a significant improvement and was able to gradually return to my normal activities. I have also had a great experience with Danny's strength classes. In the past, I attended Orangetheory and was injured several times because the trainers were not always able to notice or correct improper form. Danny gives each person individual attention and takes the time to correct posture and technique. Since training with him, I have been able to build strength without getting injured. His training also improves mobility, balance, and the movements we use in everyday life. The singing class is another great addition. The instructor is very dedicated, patient, and genuinely invested in helping each student improve. I'm also very excited that the studio is now offering Pilates reformer classes at an affordable price. It is wonderful to have access to so many high-quality fitness and wellness services in one welcoming place. Danny and his team are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about their clients.

He has this way about him that pushes you farther than you thought you could go in training. All the while making it fun and laughing along the way. Of course the next day when your so sore and can barley move the joke is on you! :) (but I love that) He is so meticulous in guiding you through every move. This isn't about getting a session over and done with. He really takes the time out to make sure every move is done correctly as to not cause any injuries. He customizes every routine for all his clients. In just 2 weeks I started seeing my body more toned and strong! Gym Size: big, "square" box shape Locker Room Size: large enough Equipment (outside of the basics mentioned below): brand new Matrix cardio machines, sandbags, heavy Kettlebells (max weight of 40lbs), TRX, battle ropes, assault bikes Crowdedness: Crowded. Biggest negative of this location. Cleanliness: OK. poor air ventilation Staff Friendliness: OK Hours: 7 days/wk. On par with other NYC Blinks. Overall: Was in the neighborhood and stopped by. Was impressed by new matrix equipment. Like that everything is on 1 floor. Biggest negative is that this place is super crowded which is why, along with location, is a hard pass for me *Unless noted, assume all Blink gyms have locker rooms, water fountain, stretch area, dumbbells, kettlebells, smith machines, weight machines, cardio equipment (Rower, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stairclimber), showers, wipes, Towel machine (pay separate charge). Assume you can scan in via App or Apple Wallet/Watch **Note: I am a Blink user with entry possibility of all their NYC area gyms via an Add-on to my Classpass membership. (I did not want to deal with Blink corporate in case I needed to cancel and wanted to avoid a startup fee or annual charge). I do not take showers at the gym and tend to go off-peak hours.

Equipment is always breaking. They currently have 7 recumbent bikes but only one works and it's been like this for a month. The last issue is not necessarily Blink's fault but for the safety of their customers they should be more aggressive. There is a homeless woman who practically lives in the lobby. She smokes in the open and the worst is that she urinates and defecates in the lobby itself. So sometime when you enter from the street the smell overpowers you. To be fair, they sometimes call the police and make her leave, but she always returns, often being erratic. This adds to the overall experience of walking past someone's bowel movements, only to encounter a gym where you can't get a good workout because of the broken machines or crowded environment.
