When I sent photos and was unhappy with the concrete that was already cracking, and the fact that contract hadn't actually been fulfilled with all the work detailed in it , and the fact that the concrete in between the bricks was already shrinking as well as too much space between the bricks , came back over to quote unquote fix it . Fixing it involved covering the whole thing up with the layer of concrete . They had told me they would fix whatever I was unhappy with but then came and fixed it without waiting to hear back from me . Extremely unhappy . I should have spent the funds on gutters instead of that shoddy Job hiding underneath the smoothed out layer. Just glad that I had them do a small job to test the waters instead of any of the big jobs that will need to be done in the future .

From the design phase to the finished product today, it was a little over a month and that was only because I changed my mind multiple times throughout the job, which is extremely annoying for most people. Well not for this guy!!! every curvI threw at him he resolved within minutes. All associated teammates involved in the project, including the electrician, the plumber, and a few others, were very professional efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job is fantastic down to the last detail. I've got five kids who were running at his feet the entire time he was working and he handled it gracefully and safely along the way.
