They asked me to pay for a 300$ class, and i quit my other office to work here. I worked here for two days a week, 4 weeks. The office manager has no respect and is completely unprofessional, she told me she was mean before i started. I was treated like a slave, she was so disrespectful and I personally could not take it after 8 days of working there when she treated me terrible. I finally got dental insurance this year and was looking for a dentist. I came across Dr. Linkous' practice when looking at providers. My local dentist wasn't accepting new patients and always had a long waiting period before you could get an appointment so I was pleasantly surprised when I called this office and got an appointment for a cleaning that week! The staff was very nice and have been helpful every time I've called/visited. They also were very accurate when it's come to billing insurance and telling me what my portion is. I know some office's can be expensive even with insurance. I went in for my cleaning and the tech was very friendly, gentle and made me feel comfortable. I needed to go back for another appointment to get a tooth filled and had the same quality experience. Dr. Linkous is so kind and very gentle! The office is easy to find and has ample parking spaces in front of the building. The office is clean and well kept up. I would bring my whole family here due to my experiences with this dentist office! read more

I will never go back to any dentist as long as I live after what him and his staff did to my teeth. The clinic scheduled me for an appointment Sept 15. I cleared up my calendar and took a day off from work for the appt. Few days before my appt. they cancelled me because Dr. Linkous will be going on vacation. So, they need to reschedule me Nov. 17. When I showed up for my appointment 13 mins. late, they turned me away. I asked for reconsideration, since they already cancelled my earlier appt. they said they can't. SMH. The staff denies dr. Linkous went on vacation on my former appt. She even pointed out that I probably made the mistake, I told her she called me up to cancel. Regardless, the front staff is very haughty showing no empathy and regards to the messed up schedule they are partly responsible. If this is the culture in this clinic, best to find another kinder place. read more

I called Dr. Likous's office in the middle of June, a front tooth had broken off. I got an appointment for July 28th, I wasn't in pain otherwise I would have gotten in sooner I was told. I went today, I was told I would have to have my teeth cleaned before the dentist would see me. I asked why I was told your insurance covers it don't worry about it! The Dr. came in stood at the back of the chair and said Hi, didn't even bother to introduce himself until I said something. He looked at my front tooth and told me there were two ways I could go to get the situation fixed. He spent a total of 8 minutes with me. I spent more time with the X-ray tech, the Hyginest, and the dental assistant plus the front desk, go figure. And everyone wants to know why medical costs are so high!
