Again, he said, call him when it came in and he would install it. Equipment arrived and I called a third time and he scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. Then, late Friday night he texts me saying he was "too busy" and I should find someone else to do the work. This, after numerous conversations and him stringing me along for three months. Then when I tried to contact him to reschedule, he just ghosted me, leaving me sitting on $1200 worth of equipment that I can't install. Horrible unprofessional way to treat customers. If you think you can treat people like this with no consequences you're wrong because I'll be spreading the word far and wide.
