Staff: front desk staff were friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Mersha - was my therapist. Experience: only caveat was that I was booked with Derick at 3:15 and apparently he didn't work on Saturday which was Valentine's Day. Mersha was waiting for me at 3 but I was taking my time because I figured I was early. No one informed her or I that my appt was moved up and my massage was cut 15 minutes early which no one apologized for. Again, I didn't fault my therapist but the staff should have informed me or my partner initially and I could have arrived earlier to get my full experience. Overall, the massage itself was emasculate! She did a phenomenal job. I would definitely come back to get a massage on my own.

It's nice that your possessions are locked securely away while you have your services. I had the spa package that included the salt room , massage and a facial. After changing i was escorted to the salt room. I have received salt therapy previously but this experience was new as the room was very very small. The output from the machine was way too strong and i was very uncomfortable. I found myself trying to adjust my positioning to get comfortable. I will say that the masseuse did say that she would have the output adjusted after i mentioned my discomfort with the treatment. The massage and facial were both really just ok. Admittedly finding the perfect massage is a struggle, but with facials, I typically enjoy my experience much more. Again, not bad but just not great. It doesn't appear that really high quality products are used (photo attached). The decor was nice. Some opportunity to repair the parts of the wall where the salt has come off and to also clean up some of the salt debris in other areas of the spa. I probably wouldn't visit again.

The treatments are not relaxing... they are in a communal room, youre on a plastic table getting scrubbed with buckets of water thrown on you and lube up with enough oil for a Diddy freak off. It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. I would understand if they were kitchen staff but these weren't. There a variety of sauna to try from that is coed. The swimming pool and the wet sauna are in the dressing area. I would recommend bringing your own Tumblr of water so you can stay hydrated, but we were visiting from out of town and we didn't bring our Tumblr. we did eat there something small to hold us over until dinner time. The front desk staff were really but the dressing room staff were kind of meh. It was so hot maybe she was miserable. She reached out to the spa and spoke with Quincy, who was friendly and professional. Quincy then transferred her to another person (whose name she did not get) to make a reservation. However, my sister was informed that there were no massages available on Saturday, despite the spa being open. This was because they didn't have any masseuses working on weekends. It's perplexing how a spa can operate without staff available on Saturdays, especially since my sister works Monday through Friday. The whole point of the gift was for her to book an appointment on a Saturday, and their advertised hours indicate they are open on both Saturdays and Sundays. I believe the spa should have included this crucial information in the fine print of the Groupon. Had I known she would need to take a day off to use it, I never would have purchased it. My sister just started her job and doesn't have vacation days available, making it extremely inconvenient to book an appointment. I wanted to return the Groupon and exchange it for another one, but unfortunately, I missed the refund/exchange window. I am very disappointed with this purchase because the reviews on Groupon, Yelp, and Google were excellent, which misled me regarding the spa's availability.
