While acupuncture is known to generally help with fertility and pregnancy, it was inspiring to see her especially nuanced and thoughtful approach, with her years of experience focusing and integrating advanced trainings around acupuncture treatment during pregnancy really showing. I've avoided trying this for years! Now I wish I would've just tried it a long time ago. I have fibromyalgia and other chronic pains. I get to the point where my back feels like it burning on fire and it HURTS! After my first time a week ago, I lasted 4 days without that burning feeling! That is HUGE to me! Went again today for my second time ever. The burning is gone again! I guess with fibromyalgia it will take awhile to get the full effect. With the results I've had from the last two sessions makes me want to continue doing it so I can get to that level. It doesn't hurt at all!! Not gonna lie. That's the part I've always feared because I am absolutely terrified of needles. It's a little tiny poke. That's it!
