My electrician has just retired and I needed one to do the electrical for a mini-split condenser. I was given Andrew's name by my HVAC contractor. Andrew answered the phone -- literally! I didn't even have to leave a message and wait for a call back! (The other guy I called never even returned my call.) He was willing to come within a couple of days to check out the job and provide an estimate -- he was there the next day. He was extremely responsive via text regarding the permit and when he would be coming. He was on the dot on time. He was also polite and respectful with asking for my preference about him wearing a mask. On his way out, it occurred to me to ask him a question about a concern I had about an old outlet. He came back in to check it out and was willing to replace it right then, and taught me how to know when one should be replaced. I found two others in the house while he did that one and he was willing to replace those, too, in spite of having another job scheduled after mine. I expected to have to pay him extra for that work, but when I got the invoice, he didn't charge me extra because apparently the big job he came for didn't take quite as long as he'd expected.
