The best generator service in NH! We have used them for the past year. The customer service is…read morephenomenal. Prompt callback and fast service always. There is no BS with this company. Honest, fair, reasonable repairs with the most knowledge repairmen (shout out to Mark!!) We cannot recommend them enough!

I had wrote a review on March 25, 2024 after a nightmarish experience when my generator failed and…read morespoke with an JD Power emergency technician who was an embarrassment for that company , this is Kevin R. . I received a call by the Owner of JD Power on March 26 , 2024 , following up with my request to speak with him on voice mail after listening to my message and reading my initial review . The owner was professional and stated he was not pleased with what had occurred to me and apologized for the whole situation . He then stated he wanted to make things right with me and what could he do to keep my business . I told him I am impressed he wanted to find a solution to make thigs right again and I said that after changing the battery in my Kohler Generator I was able to start it manually but lost the programing on the unit when I swapped out the battery. The owner then graciously offered to have a different technician then who I dealt with on the phone during the power outage and reprogrammed my Generator free of charge the next day . Needless to say I am going to now stay with JD Power Equipment for my generator maintenance and service . I believe the Owner is a man of his word and has made changes to insure Emergency Calls go to a Senior Manager who then will call and dispatch service technicians as received rather then have an on-call technician "cherry-pick" calls that are convenient for him . I can now say I would and will recommend JD Power Equipment to anyone needing a new generator or service on one .

Finally, an electrician that doesn't play games. One person operation with full accountability and…read morea 'let's get it done' attitude. Good communication either through email, text or phone. I had a bucket list of items that I needed help with. I got ridiculous quotes from other electricians, $2200, $2600, $2500. Marty came by, looked at the job and had decided the best course of action what to just do Time and Materials at his hourly rate. It saved him from underestimating/overestimating and I could manage the costs fairly. Items completed: 1. Deck Post light caps: Caseta switch installation. Also diagnosing some incorrect connections (I had made incorrect connections previously). Wiring an incomplete LV wiring run to complete a 'missing' section of lights. 2. Under deck puck lights: 15 Amp box and 2nd Caseta switch installation powering puck lights 3. Troubleshooting Magnitude MLV Transformer (found bad caseta switch and worked with Lutron support to diagnose and get replacement) 4. Installed heat tape on troublesome (ice/snow) roof section I got everything done for roughly $600.00. (I bought all the materials in advance ~$100 worth and did some "brain dead" stuff myself (like running 14/2 UF wire through existing conduit). In any event, I was thrilled with T&M as was he. I believed I saved roughly $1500 by spending an hour or two myself and having Marty come in for the rest. I think I found my new 'go to' electrician in my area. Fair, honest and hard working.
