They have a friendly yet professional approach with all the services of a large garage. They always try their absolute best to please you and If they say they will give you a call back, they will. Generally spot on with quotes and have never disappointed even with the sometimes large requests I give them. They even offer a free courtesy car if booked! PS pricing is fair, I've never felt ripped off unlike other garrages.

Like most people, I've been 'stung' in the past by garages spouting a lot about their level of customer service and quality, when their main concern has really been about taking every penny they can from you! Not so J K Engineering in Sandy! This is the most honest, straightforward and very friendly Garage that I have ever taken my car to. The Manager there is STEVE KELLY who runs a team of around 4 or 5 Engineers. I came across Steve and his Garage when I needed an Air Con service in a real hurry, and I phoned Steve who assured me he could help, keeping his garage open for me (he was closing up Saturday) until I arrived with the car. Other instances of great service have been dropping me off back to my home when I've had to leave my car with them in bad weather. They've also diagnosed and fixed some obscure faults just charging minimum cost of a small part they replaced (when other Garages were telling me how my expensive CVs needed replacing!) All in all, a very honest and friendly Garage that will charge you low repair costs, and only replace parts or do work that really needs doing! If they don't think it needs replacing they tell you so, where other Garages will often go ahead, replacing good parts and then hand you a great big fat bill! I have complete trust in this garage, and now always take my two cars to them for any repair work or service. Steve will also supply a small range of parts to purchase, (bulbs etc), often much cheaper than purchasing elsewhere. A highly recommended Garage whom you can trust. (now there's a rare thing!)

The staff are always helpful and tell me exactly what the car needs and how much it will cost .As I drive a lot for work my car needs to run well and I know the staff are efficient and do the work thoroughly, which is nice to know. Would definitely recommend them.

The first time I took the car here for an MOT it passed first timehooray. Have just taken it for the second year running they had to fail it as a bracket on the suspensionhad become unclipped (and damaged part of the suspension) and would need replacing. They booked the car in for the next morning to do while i waited and i was quoted around the 60 mark which I felt was more than reasonable. I duly took the car in the next morning and waited. When the mechanic came in to give me the bill i was toldits OKwe fixed it, didn't need the partand only charged me 10!!!!! Pleaseif you live in this area and are looking for a reliable trustworthy mechanic. you need look no further!

They are reliable, most repairs are carried out the same day or at least overnight and I have had no further problems with anything they have fixed so far. They are also always willing to offer advice on car maintenance to a novice.
