Although the facility appears clean, the presence of ants and cockroaches is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I am also concerned about the unprofessional behavior I have experienced. Deanna has repeatedly spoken to me in a scolding and disrespectful manner, which is inappropriate. In addition, Ryan has failed to return my calls or respond to my concerns despite multiple attempts to contact him by phone and in person. I expect these issues to be investigated and addressed promptly. Please provide a response regarding the actions that will be taken to resolve these concerns.

They always verify with me if it is ok to text, mail, leave a voicemail. I appreciate that. I have been a long time patient of Evergreen and do not trust my care with anyone else. From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more. I've been helped through knee replacement, after accidents and for strength training. this place has a warm water pool where a therapist supervises my exercises for fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. The office experience was great until he hired a new scheduler, that's only been there 9 months vs. my 3 years of being a patient with ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS! For aqua therapy he doesn't change the water as frequently as it should be done. I've found it filthy, with a ring around it, patch work at the bottom of the pool which makes it uncomfortable and floating insects sometimes. Depending on your disability, Ive witness derogatory comments, slow service and misunderstood patients. I do not recommend this facility period. There is now an ACTIVE COMPLAINT BEING PLACED AGAINST them.

I recently had an appt. on fri. after my 1/2 day at work, I said three times and repeated, friday at 3 o'clock, wrote it down. when I went to my appt, they had no record or my appt. scheduled. wasted my gas and time trying to get my wonderful doctor in Alexander for my severe pain and to get an xray. The poor doctors have no idea what goes on in the front office, and what patients go through. It's a shame, and probably why they keep loosing wonderful, caring doctors. The front offices need a major makeover. Very aggravating to say the least.

I was told my appointment was 2:15 and that they had confirmed with me on Friday. I said I never got a confirmation call and when they checked, they had not been able to reach me. I knew this as I was on vacation and had no service. Anyway, 4 people in waiting room, so I asked how long it would be. I was told if I wanted to go shop and come back that would be fine. I asked to reschedule and she did, but then added that the Dr may charge me a late cancellation fee of $50 I said I didn't cancel, I rescheduled and I will not be paying for my appointment being delayed. I left with my August appointment card in hand. No sooner did I get home when the office called and said they were cancelling my August appointment and charging me $50. I say good luck on that collection. Even their cancellation policy says nothing about rescheduling.
