Still ALL WOOD! Not that particle board stuff they do not carry. We went in 2 days later and immediately shown to 3 in stock. She cut open boxes until she found one without any imperfections. Paid for it. Offered a military discount. Now we have 3 weeks for the contractor to pick it up. Ordered the roll out shelves. It's going to be a fine appliance garage. He also told us what is in stock, what is available in a couple of days and what is across the country. We ended selecting Pennsylvania fieldstone which will blend quite nicely. They were very respectful to me and my property and were very concerned about my satisfaction with the job. After they were finished, Ryan came back to my house and leveled out the ground near the wall and explained the importance of the ground level in maintaining the stucco. Brett, the Service Manager, was very responsive in sending me copies of their Certificate of Insurance Liability and Certificate of Ohio Workers' Compensation. Customer satisfaction is not a priority…read more Our sales rep "missed" our multiple comments to NOT install splash guards on our bathroom vanities (I've never found them aesthetically pleasing). Installation day came, and they installed splash guards. We cannot remove them even if you wanted to, because the tops are "cut shorter to make for easier install". So if removed ourselves, there's about a 1/2 inch gap on each side that caulk cannot cover. When I called our sales rep, her only solution was to tell us they could provide a quote to have them replaced. There was no ownership in the fact that they made a mistake, let alone try to correct it. This is a very reasonable complaint in my opinion, as I'm typically very passive with issues I feel are minor. I've worked with other local companies in my area that will immediately remedy a problem for a customer. Not this company. I'd suggest purchasing from one of the many other local granite companies that has more regard for customer satisfaction.
