Very friendly restaurant-with-rooms, close to the centre of town. Parking is limited, but there is an NCP car park across the road in case of need, and the station is probably 15 mins walk away .Be aware that the majority of the those rooms seem to face on to quite a busy road ( that really being relative you probably won't notice it if you live in a city but might otherwise). Breakfast was offered the traditional selection of choices ( full English, Continental, eggs benedict, etc.). Staff, all round, could not have been more helpful. One, pretty minor, point for improvement I think they could do with better bread, both at breakfast and Were I to find myself needing to stay in Shrewsbury again, this might well be my place of choice. read more
