Their program is designed to use body weight exercises, explosive cardio, and metabolic resistance training to help enhance your fitness. You're guaranteed to leave there with a good arse-kicking! You can sign up for the classes individually or enroll in a monthly membership. Since I don't live in Oklahoma, I just pay the drop-in fee of $10 each time and it's totally worth it! All you need to bring with you is a set of weights (most folks start with 5lbs), your water bottle, and a towel to wipe off if you "glisten" like I do! :) If you're interested in joining a gym where you actually feel like family, this is the one.
