Also, I wanted to wait because I had faith that they would do the right thing and find the person THAT HIT ME at fault. only 2 weeks have passed since the email. I needed time, like any normal person would to find a good place and time that worked for me. AND THEN, he just decided to make this my fault and told me it was always going to be my fault when he clearly said on our first and only conversation before today "SOUNDS LIKE IT WAS THE OTHER GUYS FAULT" He is a waste of time and he will waste your time. it is completely within your right as the insured to get frustrated when your insurance SUCKS but it is never okay for them to get mad at you and yell at you on the phone just because you are trying to defend your case.
