From the start, Matthew sold us the wrong insurance policies for our short-term rentals. They sold us one with Steadily, only for us to receive a notice of cancellation just a month later because, surprise, they don't insure the type of properties we own! To make matters worse, they sold us a policy for our primary residence from a company called Sagesure. We found out after we paid in full that Sagesure was going to require an in depth inspection of our entire home inside and out! This was not communicated upfront, and we felt pressured to pay in full immediately even though they weren't set to start for 2 weeks. We expressed our concerns to our broker about the inspections and the rush to pay, but our feedback fell on deaf ears. This entire process felt deceptive and quite unprofessional. We trusted this agency to guide us through an important decision, and instead, we were left confused and dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency if you value transparency and legitimate business practices!

My partner and I were switching insurance companies and policies around for our house and cars. The initial experience was great. Rhys was easy to communicate and it sounded like we made the right move. When we wanted to make these updates, I never received an email back. The excuse was that he was on vacation, but there was no automated email to let me know of his absence and supposedly there's an assistant that also access these emails that were left unanswered. Okay, that's easy to overlook. So, I booked an appointment through their website and we made the switch to a combined car insurance plan. We received confirmation in email both our previous policies would be canceled, only to find out a month or two later, neither of them had been cancelled. It added extra time waiting on hold and unnecessary frustration to a task that no one enjoys having to deal with. Not a single acknowledgement of this mistake or apology was offered. I've asked twice now to speak with leadership or administration about this experience, both times I was assured this would happen within about 24 hours and never received a call. I am kicking myself that I agreed to a one time fee for this experience. Save yourself the hassle and find insurance on your own.
