Go with ur gut, don't work where frauds, I trusted Candice from Benjamin Fry Insurance, that I could rely on progressive and they were the worst insurance I've dealt with, The insurance company that they recommend that I trust was progressive, have not been a fan since. I don't what kind of relationship they have with progressive but they suck. Slow response, would never do business with them again Oh my gosh, what a mess I've been looking for car insurance and came across Benjamin fry insurance, all right they compare insurance rates and can find me the best rate. The price was good but there were only 2 contenders, progressive and Geico. Geico ended up being a needed more info. I was told that I can talk to Candice does any issues come to fruition. Got into a hit and run, person on the phone told me it would be comprehension at the high deductible okay, maybe I'll wait and see since it's doesn't look bad. Here's the issue: Progressive wants to hears details, says we need photos after uploaded, what seems like either the same person, asking thr same question. Later contacted my adjuster: no responses, out of office, on vacation. (Adjuster changed 3 times, Im having to explain multiple times) I need a tow, promised 3 times no service, never actually got it, was scheduled thru caliber and for a different location - this company didn't have any reason why I couldn't contact anyone Needed a rental car was slow and communication asking me when is progrsssive handling on return since no extension of date of end date and then when or reminder. The car company contact me mid week and I was like to need to know. - found rodent damage, separate claim fine, no one said that this was just self service, one of the people who was assigned said yes, well just have to get u 2, didn't know it was self service.
