We sent numerous emails and messages over the past few weeks and have been ignored. We've spoken with other tenants in the building managed by Frank and have heard similar complaints as well. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to deal with this business as a construction client as well. We're filing a complaint with the state of Connecticut, but I'd urge you to stay away so you don't run into similar issues like we did.
