The service and people are outstanding! I mainly had my appointments with Mandy, but I was assisted by others as well. I am normally a quiet person, but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. It's like being in a small town where everyone knows you as I didn't feel like a stranger at any time here. The owner keeps a bowl of water outside, by a post, for the dogs that come by on their daily walks with their owners. She said she has done this for quite some time so the owners will stop to say hello and she can get to know the locals in the neighborhood. I was hopeful but skeptical when I purchased a pack of 6 Lipo Light sessions through Amazon Local. After session 2, I tried on a pair of pants that hadn't fit too well lately -- and they fit nicely! After session 4, I took 3 weeks off during which I overindulged in sugar and fat...but the pants still fit!! And at the end of session 6, measurements showed I lost an inch around the waistline, even though my weight was essentially the same. Had I adopted a sensible diet and started an exercise routine (as recommended), I'm sure I would've fared better...but I'm happy that there was *any* noticeable improvement at all, given that I hadn't done much to help myself. All I did was the 20-minute vibralism session after each Lipo Light treatment. As for the facility, it's neat and clean. The scented candle and soothing music, combined with the warmth of the Lipo Light pads, are conducive to a soothing, spa-like experience. The staff is nice and helpful, and the online appointment system is terrific! Parking was not a problem because I scheduled morning sessions, but remember to bring your quarters for the meters. read more

I was sadly very disappointed. I had high hopes in the beginning after making an appointment and initially meeting. The lady told me since I don't have a lot to lose and I'm in a normal BMI I would see results quickly. I wasn't expect a media lead but I was hoping to have progress. I first noticed it wasn't a "full body" like it had said when I purchased them. I could only pick 2 areas. I was measured and weighed before we started and then we started. Then I went on the vibes slim and left. I went to the gym after I got home that day as well. I didn't see a difference the next day. I went back for my second session, was not measured and did the treatment and vibraslim and left. I followed the rules very strictly and never saw a difference. After 3 treatments and no difference, I can safely say it doesn't work. It was more a waste of money then anything else. Such a shame. read more
