I called a couple of weeks ago regarding lip fillers and was told they would send me a link to schedule an appointment. They did not ask for any of my contact information, it was unclear how they would send the link for an appointment--text or email? I did not receive anything. I also attempted to contact them through Facebook messenger since they posted about needing models for lip filler training. I did not received any response back until I messaged them again (the first message was seen as "read" too without any response back!) and then was told that their doctor had selected models so they did not need any at this time. Yet they still had the post about needing models on Facebook. It's been very frustrating getting in contact this with facility. I do not feel that they are being very professional, and I do not have much faith in how they actually practice procedures. read more

I've been coming to this spa for a couple years now. Loretta has been doing my lashes, for the entire time. I could not be happier. It's like an afternoon siesta with the cozy, comfortable, and zen atmosphere. She does an outstanding job with my lashes, and I get compliments all the time. I can apply my make up in no time, as I don't use nearly what I used to, you really don't need more than a little blush, lipstick. Julie did my brows, and am considering the eye liner. I have been very disappointed by my experience with Pampering Angel. I can't even truly rate them because they have never returned any of my FOUR CALLS to book an appointment with them. They obviously don't want new business, I guess. My husband bought me a Groupon for a facial with them. However I called several times to book an appointment and never got a return call. Luckily, Groupon understands customer service, and was willing to credit our money back. Being a business owner myself, I know I would be out of business if I didn't have enough respect for my potential customers to return their calls. Had the most relaxing massage here with Diana. She uses alot of special scents and things tailored to you, the room smelled very nice, warm, and dark. I will be honest, I have a few (many) extra pounds on me, so it can be intimidating getting a massage, but Diana was respectful, welcoming, and made me feel totally relaxed and at ease. She focused on exactly what I asked for, my achy hands (too much typing at school) and my neck area. Her hands were like magic, she knew right where it hurt! If you want an hour on your back, she can do that too I am sure. If you left pinky hurts, she will make sure it doesnt by the time you leave her table. Had the most wonderful experience! When you walk it, the mood is so relaxing, everyone speaks so kindly and in comforting tones. I scheduled last minute a massage & facial, and they were so accommodating! The massage room was actually a room, so it was very quiet and serene, with lots of space and a comfortable sitting area as well. Since P.A. is located in a back corner of the building the outside noise is very minimal so the quiet relaxing music was perfect. The massage was so wonderful! She also uses aromatherapy with basil and oregano which sounded weird, but was such a comforting, minimal aroma that is just created a deeper sense of comfort. Here's the best part, when the massage was over, I stayed on the same table and Wendy the awesome esthetician came to me! So i got to just lay there comfortably and really enjoy the results of the massage while getting my facial. At other places, they make you get up, and wait in a waiting room for your facial, but here it is one seamless treatment, and that really ups the stress relief level! Afterward, I sat in the zen lounge with Wendy and my masseuse and just chatted while eating fresh fruit and sipping cucumber water. The ladies were so warm and friendly, it was like a little pick-me-up for my emotional well being as well. My appointment was Saturday at 1pm. They text to cancel they had gone to ER the prior day and were not allowed to drive their car at 11am, two hours prior to the appointment. Apparently they felt two hours notification was enough. They confirmed the appointment the day before, and again after cancellation. My time is worth just as much or more than hers. They should have to pay a late cancel fee to me. read more

I came here for a facial with Julie last week. The minute I walked in , I noticed they don't have a receptionist so I had to figure out what to do. There were clipboards on the counter with a blank form so I took one and started filling it out. Julie came out (who I made the appointment with) and told me to finish filling out the form. A younger girl came out and took me back, didn't realized that she was going to do my facial instead of Julie. I almost told her to cancel the appointment and that I would come back when Julie is available but I went ahead with the facial anyway. The rest was an hour waste of my money. Signature facial special was $55 advertised on their website but I was charged $65. I think I had the express facial for an hour instead (it felt like it). Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to add tip to my card. I usually give cash for tip, and I was going to give her a $25 dollar cash but because she asked, I told her "just add $10". When it was finished I was hoping to see Julie to purchase some of her products and discuss future services she offers which was the reason I made an appointment with her anyway only to find out that she was already gone. I felt like I was ripped off! I felt no difference, I was hoping I can tell the difference before and after facial. She made no effort and did not even asked any questions nor talked to me about what she was going to use on my face! I don' t even remember the name of the girl who did my facial. WASTE OF MONEY , WASTE OF TIME. My search continues to find a good place to have my facials done. read more

Loretta and her staff were great! I used a Groupon for a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial. The massage was upper body and hands/arms, with a bit of hot stone therapy along my spine. The facial was so soothing I almost fell asleep! My face looks great and the moisturizing is fabulous. Atmosphere - very soothing. Warm colors. The massage room had low lighting, a sound machine that sounded like the ocean, and a heated bed. Only disadvantage - there are so few staff at the moment that I had to book over a month in advance. Of course, if you can come in before 4pm on weekdays there is more availability. Bonus: Loretta called the day before to confirm my appointment. They also provided cucumber water for refreshment, and after my appointment, a small snack of nuts and dried cranberries. read more

I've been coming to Pampering Angel for almost a year now and I will never go anywhere else. I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders but I'm extremely sensitive in my back, so I have a really hard time finding a massage therapist who can accommodate me. Loretta is amazing. Every time I go get a massage, I count my lucky stars that I finally found her. She uses all the extras, such as hot stones, aroma therapy, hot towels, etc. So heavenly! She really is an angel. Recently I branched out to facials because I had a groupon. My facial groupon was actually expired but they were kind enough to let me use it after the expiration date (my job and son leave me with a very inflexible schedule ). Boy was I glad they did! It was the best facial! I usually tell the estheticians NOT to do extractions because every time my face comes out red and irritated. Not with Julie! She did extractions and I looked more even-toned after! My skin was radiant! And it was so relaxing. I don't know what the other reviewer was taking about in terms of "creepy"?! I just don't understand that description. Maybe he was playing opposite day, because I love the atmosphere and the staff. Very inviting and cosmopolitan. I referred my whole family and they love Pampering Angel too. My sister is even a massage therapist (trained at the same school as Loretta), so we know what's up. I have been to many different spas in search of one that 1) allows me to feel relaxed as soon as I step through the door and 2) delivers on the quality of massage given. Pampering Angel and Loretta in particular have satisfied both requirements wonderfully! Loretta is always upbeat, smiling and attentive to any areas that may need a bit more concentration applied to it during the massage be it shoulders or maybe a little knot in a muscle on my back - and that's even before we start. During the massage she'll employ a wide variety of techniques from hot stone to aromatherapy to a hot towel foot wrap! I have never left this business with a creepy feeling. Now, could the store front be a bit more visible from the street? Sure! But I always feel like I'm heading into my secret relaxing place of zen as I walk up to the front door. Very disappointed with the owner Julie. I had a massage there a few months back and while that was ok, I hated the way she spoke to my massage therapist in front of me. She was SO rude and condescending it was very uncomfortable. I spaced an appointment that I had and let her know that it was my fault and I am one of the people that can benefit from a reminder call. Well even though she has a receptionist, she proceeded to tell me that they don't have time for reminder calls. Well that's fine but her snarky attitude was a total turn off. NEVER GO HERE! Terrible organization and terrible customer service! Had an appointment for over a month (which they had changed twice already) for a girls day at the spa for myself and two friends. They called a week before my appointment and tried to change it because they wanted to go out of town. Couldn't change appointment because my friend, who is a nurse, couldn't change her schedule AGAIN. Got there and the placed looked closed. No lights on, no one greeted us, and then the ladies working were trying to figure out what to do since the one who scheduled our appt didn't leave any notes. In addition, they double booked one of the massage therapists, so I had a facial and massage at the same time and was done 45 minutes before both of my friends. I tried to make an appointment for months emailing and calling (I really think they need a secretary or at least pick up on their phone calls). I tried to get one in September but didn't until December. Also, they made an appointment once on a Monday but apparently are closed on Mondays which I found out after driving there.
