Jessica was my esthetician. She talked me through the process and evaluated my skin as I asked her questions. She had the greatest demeanor and easy to get along attitude. But when it came to the actual process, she created a relaxing, quiet mood. She was gentle with the extractions and provided delicately firm massages. Talking about massages, the table was a heated massage table. Nice. I also added a hand treatment. After the hydra facial, I was shown the water. It was cloudy, not too bad as I was told. She advised me on some products they offer, not a hard sell pitch. I declined; she didn't hard press which I appreciate. My face was glowing (luminous and rosy) and seemed less poof-y afterwards. My hands felt more moisturized. The dry skin on my inner palm gently sloughed off. The next day, they looked revitalized. Pricing is comparable or less expensive to other local places. The facility is clean and is gorgeously designed. It has a calming white color scheme. Giving off modern, posh vibes without the pretentiousness or clinical feeling. Julie - I endured THREE separate appointments where I was mid-sentence with my Stylist and you just barged in to have your own conversation with her - EACH TIME. Only with her - over towels, "the machine", or a service person that didn't show up. Your issues had NOTHING to do with me. You never apologized for your intrusion, or even acknowledged me - not ONCE. I am looking for a new salon and stylist. I left a review on Google and the provider contacted me a month later and called me, but during the call she repeatedly interrupted me and did not seem interested in understanding my concerns. She asked me to send photos and said she would call me back on Monday after reviewing them. I sent the photos as requested and never received a call back. After waiting, I followed up myself. Instead of a phone call or any meaningful discussion, I received a brief message stating: "Thank you for sending your photos. They have been documented and reviewed. No further action is necessary." There was no explanation, no in-person evaluation, no follow-up care offered, and no attempt to address my concerns or provide support after a cosmetic procedure I paid for. Regardless of outcome, patients deserve to be heard, taken seriously, treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering RF microneedling or other procedures to carefully consider the level of post-treatment care and support they may receive. This is not how ethical providers handle unhappy RF microneedling outcomes, especially when a patient clearly feels harmed.

I had lip filler done by Nurse Jennifer in March 2025 and unfortunately had a very poor experience…read more This was my first time ever getting lip filler, so I relied heavily on the provider's expertise and recommendations. I was encouraged to do a dental block for numbing, which left me numb much longer than expected. The bruising afterward was extensive, and I experienced pain and tenderness for weeks. I could feel not only the individual injection sites but also what felt like the path of the needle throughout my lips. As the filler settled, my lips became lumpy, uneven, and unnatural looking. They also felt firm and irregular to the touch. At my follow-up appointment, Jennifer told me the filler needed to be massaged. The massage was incredibly painful--so painful that my eyes were watering during the appointment. She also acknowledged that my lips were crooked, stating they "just needed a little more on the top of one side," but no complimentary correction was offered despite the poor outcome and the amount I had already spent. Considering the results, I'm now grateful that no additional filler was added. Four months later, I sought treatment from another injector because I was unhappy with the results. The difference was night and day. She was able to improve the appearance of my lips using only topical numbing cream, and I experienced little to no bruising afterward. She also explained that my lips appeared overfilled, which likely contributed to the lumpiness and uneven appearance. Even now, I can still see and feel filler remaining in the back of my lips. When I pull my lip down, there is a noticeable bulge that resembles a fat lip. The filler appears to have been placed farther back than necessary,. Looking back, I wish I had done more research before booking. My only additional complaint is that pricing was never clearly discussed beforehand. Because my lips were naturally very small, I agreed to two syringes during the appointment and was surprised by the final bill. As a first-time filler client, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding total costs before treatment began. I was also never given a receipt. I later called to request one and was told it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. Overall, this was an expensive and disappointing experience.
