I left a 1 star review on there and it never got posted and they do not post any reviews less than a 5 star on there. I walked back in the next day to get it redone to actually match the picture I asked for. The stylist claimed I showed her a different picture and made me repay half of the full price I originally paid. When my hair was finished, the majority of the color looked good, except the stylist left two large choppy blonde streaks in the front of my hair after now asking twice for a blended blonde touch up around my face. Im not sure if she was being a smart allec because I had to ask to redo my hair to match the picture or if she just did not know how to blend bangs. I have never been embarrassed to walk out of a salon until now. Having to go back two days in a row and then having to make a third hair appointment at La Rousse to fix my bangs was way too much effort to just get my hair done. I ended up having to pay three seperate times to achieve a simple hair style which should have been taken care of during the first trip.

Also, I was told I could walk in any time when I called for the sauna. When I arrived they told me they had to heat it up and I should come back in 2 hours. I've also been when I had an appt for sauna and it wasn't heated all the way yet. I have not tried anything else at this place but there's never anyone there. I've heard good things about the mani/pedi though. Maybe it's great for that?
