During her second consultation the nurse was unprofessional, rude, and refused to hear what was going on. My wife even pleaded with the nurse to hear her and not make light of her situation. We were assured that she would be helped. Once bloodwork came back, we were told they wouldn't help. Again, trying our best to obtain the help needed they agreed to help but then passed her between NPs until ultimately gaslighting her. The final straw was when my wife called me in tears, in complete despair and hopeless to find help due to the Women's Clinic at the Grove Gaslighting her again and making accusation about her symptoms. How embarrassing, that professional nurses (rather unprofessional) reduce themselves to gaslighting patients that need serious help. We are simply looking for a little compassion, care, and a listening ear that is willing to help us through this extremely difficult scenario. We know and understand her condition is not normal, which is why we need an ear to hear and help us. Instead, you can expect to be humiliated and gaslighted by the Women's Clinic of the Grove. The nails were lumpy, uneven, and even had bubbles in them. He then added chrome, which I ended up not liking, so I called the salon afterward. They told me to come back and they would fix the set. I explained that I would arrive after work around 6 PM, and they said that was okay. When I got there, I explained the issue again to the receptionist and was told to sit and wait because someone would help me shortly. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be, only to have another employee make me explain the entire situation all over again. Then she told me to come back tomorrow. At that point I was extremely frustrated because I had already been waiting almost an hour with no communication. Suddenly, after I got upset, they decided to seat me to fix the nails. I then waited another 20 minutes before someone finally started working on them. To make matters worse, the tech fixing my nails was visibly irritated and filed one of my nails so aggressively that my finger started bleeding. All I got was a quick "sorry." The customer service was terrible from start to finish. No communication, no accountability, and no care for the customer experience. I gave this salon multiple chances to make things right, and the entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional. 0/10. I will not be returning.
