A Dangerous, Dirty Assembly Line for Pain Patients - Stay Away…read more This office is run like a crowded, chaotic cattle call. The reception area is small, lacking enough seats for people in severe pain, and the wait times routinely stretch long past your appointment. Worse, the facility is visibly dirty--including the restroom right off the waiting room. The front desk staff displays zero empathy; their only concern is demanding insurance cards and immediate co-pays. My experience here was a medical nightmare: No Doctor Consultation: On my first visit, I never saw Dr. Shah. A Physician Assistant (PA) spent a few minutes with me and immediately scheduled me for lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI). I was given zero information on what the shot actually was, no preparation instructions, and no idea what to expect. Filthy Procedure Room: The room where they inject needles directly into your spine was shockingly dirty, dusty, and did not smell of disinfectant. I watched the previous patient leave, and the staff did not even wipe down the procedure table or the medical equipment before telling me to lie face-down. Abrupt & Unprofessional: Dr. Shah walked in behind me. I had to advocate for myself and ask if I could at least look at his face before he stuck needles into my spine. He seemed surprised by my request, briefly shook my hand, gave the injection, said "all done," and immediately walked out the door. Dangerous Post-Care: When I felt dizzy after the injection, the nurse simply cracked an ammonia stick under my nose, told me to pull up my pants, and sent me on my way. No one walked me out to ensure I was stable, and no post-procedure recovery instructions were provided. I had to go home and Google how to care for myself safely. The results matched the poor quality of care: the shot was supposed to last six months, but gave me a measly 30% relief for just two weeks. When I went back, they simply increased my heavy pain medications and told me to book another shot to "see if it takes this time. "Every patient I spoke with in that crowded room was a repeat customer complaining that their shots never lasted, but they felt trapped. Please do not let yourself be trapped by this assembly line. They overbook, under-deliver, and treat human beings like livestock. You deserve professional, sterile, and compassionate care. Keep looking--there are much better pain specialists out there.

Always crowded, always a long wait and although staff has been friendly and respectful in the past…read moretoday one of the front desk women was absolutely horrible and not customer focused. Customer service training is highly recommended!
