We had looked in the big furniture stores and were unimpressed with the quality of the furniture for the price. The two brothers (buyers) that choose the furniture for sale have good taste! We found both the dinette set and cocktail table and knew we had to have them. We liked the quality of the furniture and were easily convinced make the purchase upon seeing the sales price. Thankfully we had a small SUV and someone helped us load it up. It took two trips, but we're super happy with the furniture, the prices and our experience in this store. We would come back. As for the sales guy sleeping as reported by a prior Yelper...yes, there was a gentleman sitting in a chair when we were there yet he had several spurts of activity (walking with a cane). I don't take offense at him resting and know how to request help when I want it. I'd also prefer that a salesperson await my question than stalk me while browsing anyway. I went back to make a purchase and now the owner of the store was there who quoted a higher price which did not include the bed frame. When I told him what I was originally quoted, he went to find the salesman that worked with me. This salesman then said he never told me any of those things! Unbelievable! I like their nice array of Pandora pieces. They have fixed my husband's Movado, Longines and Citizen watches. The repairs were all done on site, which I like. They gave me a decent estimate to solder my rings together, which I'm contemplating having done after they were 'repaired' at Medawars, who charged an exorbitant fee to fix and solder them.. while Medawars did repair them, they made my rings too large and never bothered to solder them together, which I paid for upfront (I'll be reviewing medawars soon). My husband is a fan of Gaines nice array of watches, which seem to be well priced, while I like the selection of custom white gold necklaces and rings and Pandora charms.. Customer service is really amazing, beyond reproach, and jewelry repairs are done on site and their guaranteed turnaround time is a week or less. They repaired my husband's watches with a turnaround time of only a few days.
