I received good work on my vehicle in the past, however, this is no longer the case. One of the…read morerepairs Scott did is to replace the accessory drive belt, idler and tensioner pulleys. This resolved the belt noise issue and I was happy with his work. About 8 months later and approx 8,000 mi,I noticed the noise return. I returned the car to Scott and he found the belt tensioner, which is connected to the tensioner pulley needed to be replaced. He charged me $45.00 diagnosis fee and said the repair this time would be $305. I really wondered why this wasn't done with the first repair since this is a normaly replaced with belt. I took the vehicle to another repair stop instead witch charged me $ 135. To replace the belt tensioner. I will never return to Auto Excellece again and if you care about your vehicle, you won't either.

The mechanic called my house and said the car was junk and it would cost around a thousand dollars to fix. How he determined the cost for repair i don't know because he did not even know what the problem was. I went to the shop and tried to tell the mechanic the part that was bad but he would not listen. They wanted to charge $80.00 but backed off when i asked for what. They then backed off, gave me the keys and told me to leave. I took the car to another local shop near by and told them the problem and the part involved. They said that it was a common problem with this model car. They took it right in and replaced the part with an upgraded one. I also had them do a oil and filter change. Total bill was just a few dollars over $300.00. the car has been running great with no leaks. This was not the first time I had issues with this shop, but it will be the last.

If a person doesn't enter the vehicle just right, the plastic trim flops open and the plastic tabs break off. So, over the past year, I have asked multiple Toyota dealers, other car professionals, auto detailing companies, etc. for a solution to keep that trim from coming off of the door. It was getting exhausting from the continued "brush off". This wasn't a big deal for these people, but it certainly was for me. I had resorted to duct tape and Velcro before finding Cox Enterprises. None of these other people would actually help me fix the problem! Toyota couldn't even locate the part number for the trim piece even though it had been replaced once before. Thanks Again!

I called Kiefer for a tow and they took my car back to their shop after hours saying they'd fix it as soon as possible. By the next day they knew exactly what was wrong with it and told me a price for the repair plus the tow. I was quoted 450$ which for what needed to be done was a fair price. I go to pick up my car today. The car was in tip top shape and they only asked me to pay 350. I have never gone to a mechanic that charges well UNDER the quoted price. Car drove home perfectly. No fuss no issues. To those who call this guy a con artist, I have no reason to believe this shop is anything but honest and fair. The price was cheap and the work is solid. If I need preventative maintenance I will make the 50 minute drive to come back to this shop. It's hard to find honest folks and that's what these guys are. I will be back. I was recommended to see Joe at GBS, I had never been there before so I was a tad nervous. After…read morethe initial meeting and estimate, I had felt a lot better about doing business with them. Fortunately, they let you have it your way, in a sense! I had a small fender bender in January, and all I wanted was my bumper reattached. Instead of paying the higher fees to have new paint/new bumper/new fender, they simply reattached the existing bumper, treated the dent a bit to get the blinker back in place, and had it all done in a couple hours! What's astonishing is allowing me to keep the quote for a week and a half before having the work done, and he kept his word on the pricing even though I realized he could've charged me more!
