But that's not what you'll get with Randy. Randy is a stand up guy and drove 30 miles to get my Honda Civic from Howell to its Swartz Creek destination for WAY WAY less. He asked what was going on with my car, offered to jump it, got to me right when he said he would, and was an all around pleasant guy to chat with. Very professional, reasonably priced, and an all around great person to call when your car needs a lift. Don't be like me and have your insurance try to rob you out of pocket. I didn't even know they contacted such a great service before sending my request to some other towing company that would have bled my wallet dry. I'm lucky that Randy gave me a call or I would still be waiting days for a tow. I recommend anyone in the service area of Brighton Towing to call them personally and get reimbursed later if you have roadside coverage. The expressway was so backed up because of the accident it was going to take my brother forever to even get to us to take us all home. Mark loaded up my Jeep and had us hop in with him and had us put our dog on our lap so he wouldn't be by himself in the Jeep and took us to an exit where there was a gas station/subway so it was easier for my brother to get to us.
