Now that I've been a customer for a year, the company is just not worth it. I tried to have faith for a year, but the impact has been minimal, and the price has been much higher than the initial promotion. The company tries to be extreme in its advertising (started with foul language, and now just downright ethnic bigotry in their advertising). I am ashamed that I ever was a customer of this company, and fortunately it's not too late to quit now. If the owner would spend as much time focused on lawn care as he does on shock-marketing, maybe they'd deliver a service that's worth the cost. read more

Horrible customer service and poor quality product. I had been using Liquid Lawn for 12-13 months, so this comment comes after more than 10 treatments of experience. After over $1000 spent on hoping my lawn would look as beautiful as they advertise, I expressed how unhappy I was via email. Whomever handles their Instagram page was rude and aggressive in my DMs. They were courteous initially in sending me an email after the third session asking what I thought. I replied I was still unhappy with my Lawn. There were a few emails/calls/text correspondences throughout the past year expressing my concern on lack of improvement, so there was no surprise when I finally stopped scheduling with them after one year of my lawn looking the same. One time they did two treatments in the same month, which was an unexpected $200 charge. The technicians who come are very kind, but when I bring up my disappointment in how my lawn looks, the managers will pin it on me saying I did not water enough (it's rained 3-5 days/ week) or I needed to use sod. At this point, I will have to get sod and a new company, but it is both embarrassing for myself and Liquid Lawn when their sign is on my yard advertising their poor quality work. I got a second opinion after the 5th liquid lawn treatment, and the company that came by was surprised I had this many treatments with no improvement. In their opinion, Liquid Lawn dilutes their product, causing the customer to need more treatments. Their prices are good, but other places are comparable--go elsewhere! read more

The only thing good about this company is their catchy and funny Facebook commercials. The first time they came and sprayed it looked great, because they sprayed a nice green spray on our lawn. Unfortunately it did not kill our weeds. I called customer service and was contacted back by a technician very quickly. Unfortunately, the guy never showed. So, I called back the next business day and asked what happened, the customer service rep had the technician call me back again, very promptly! He said that there was a family emergency and that he would come the next day....guess what, never showed, no phone call, nothing. So, I call back the next day and ask for my money back, the customer service rep apologized and asked if the tech can call me one last time, I said ok. Hired these guys last year to take care of an already nice yard. After the first application, my grass started thinning. They told me to ba patient, that it would take 3 or 4 applications to see good results. After the 5th application, half my yard was gone. I told them I either want my money back, or free applications until I reach "pre-Liquid Lawn" appearance. Four applications later, my yard was starting to look good, and then they burned it AGAIN. Poor communication, and I was charged for every "free" application. I'm not saying it doesn't work for some yards, I'm saying they burned my yard twice in 10 applications. read more

Misleading advertising! All of their ads say you get "6 treatments for $99". After the first treatment they charged my husband's credit card $111. They never showed up again and after numerous calls they showed up 6 weeks later and did not show up on the day they were supposed to come. They notified us at 5:13 pm after we waited all day, that they weren't coming, and would come the following day. After they came my husband called their office to remind them that this is the second treatment of the six we are supposed to get for $99 and his response was "we put down 6 treatments at the first visit"!!! Therefore, we will be charged again for the second visit. They do not give you an invoice with a detailed description of what they did. They just charge your credit card. So you're paying them and don't know for what. read more

Absolute crap. They don't call you back, lie about preforming services, and lie about making appointments. When something is wrong, they just pass the buck saying someone in a different department will take care or it or call you. Never happens. When I signed up, they came out and told me that a field manager would be by in a few days to talk about the first service, show how it was working after a few days and go over what weeds and lawn treatment plan they recommended. They canceled my follow up multiple times. Sometimes through email, sometimes by phone or by text. It was always something. The weather, they were to busy with other clients, it was a long day could they stop by tomorrow. This went on for three weeks. Meanwhile, I would sporadically get messages from Joshua, I believe a manager. Asking me how it was going. I told him there was no difference, and if anything the weeks were continuing to get worse and grow. I was told that it would take a few treatments. Six weeks later. They have not ever come to do my follow up and treatment plan. They have not come for appointments or anything. I have been reaching out and every time I am told someone will contact me soon, you'll next service is sometime this week, you'll get a call from the field manager today. None of this has happened. The weeks have gotten much much worse, they have taken my money, and ignored me. Don't recommend. read more

Please don't trust Liquid Lawn. The first year my lawn looked amazing after that, my 2nd and 3rd year my lawn have holes, pests, cricket mole eating way the roots, weeds everywhere. They charged my credit card amounts illegally without notifying me and then the office said they did that because of inflation. BBB don't have records of this company operating in Daytona Beach. Liquid lawn has been robbing me for months. They need to be investigated by Dept of Agriculture. read more

The manager at Liquid Lawn convinced me to try their pest control service, Good Bye Bugs. He sent me an estimate for the annual service and I agreed to start the service. Later after not receiving the agreed-upon services on each visit (I contacted the company after the first bad service visit with little concern on their part, then attempted to contact them again after the second time with no luck), I contacted the company and requested my services to be stopped. I was informed that there was a $100 cancellation fee as stated in my contract. I had never received a contract from the company and said so. I was informed that the "estimate" was my contract. It was not a contract, it was titled an "estimate," and nowhere stated it was a contract. Nowhere did it assert that I was entering into a contract and agreeing to the conditions of a contract including "the cancellation fee." The manager was again only concerned about charging me the $100 cancellation fee not addressing the fact his estimate is NOT a contract. By the way, they increased their fees without notice and charged me more than what was stated in the estimate, oh excuse me their "contract." So their "contract" only has restrictions on the customer, and not on themselves. Do not trust these people, they are based in GA and have little regard for those of us in FL. read more
