He is not returning my call, to the point where he has directed the employees to screen my calls and not pick up. My boyfriend even went in to get this resolved and it was more dodgy behavior and no help what so ever. Craziest thing happened while he was there, another customer had the same complaint. Over $20?! What happened to customer service. This has been so frustrating I would suggest to find a different local smoke shop. This one is run by scam artists. We have even asked just for store credit or product and it has been a resounding no. I'm a very reasonable person. I just want them to fix what they did.
