She also didn't really know too much except she kept saying "energy" in every drip we asked about. My daughter went to the restroom & saw open needles through the "peekaboo window" for the "IV room". I'm not in nursing or healthcare but that was very alarming & gross & I'm assuming unsafe. I will say we WILL return on the account of Stacy & Vanessa. We had such a great experience with them....definitely an asset to the establishment. Manager should be very proud of the work those 2 girls Stacy & Vanessa are doing. 5 stars for them!
