I will no longer purchase products from any of these stores. I will go to anyone else. I bought a…read morepipe less than 3 days ago and the hole in the bowl blew out. And no refund. I spend a lot of money and now I won't and make sure I tell everyone I know not to shop here. Not even expensive pipe but nope. Ridiculous that I'm responsible for something that clearly was a defect. All I did was put a toothpick through the hole and it busted. Now I have nothing. And mine is for medical reasons but owner doesn't care.

The machine never printed a ticket so I had no proof of my winnings. I pointed it out to the clerk and the machine did show cash out of $46. I was told they have one day to pay the winnings. Almost a week later and coming into the store several times asking for my money I was told I had no proof the money was mine so they could not pay me. After threatening to go to small claims court they finally gave me the money and then barred me from the store. I don't like to be cheated. So if you cash out on their video games you run the risk of the machine not printing your winnings and going thru the ordeal I went thru. I will be posting this on other Social median sites.
