Jackson's buyout of the regional chain (pilot/flying J) hasn't been that great for customer service, especially for some truckers. Also, crime has been a problem at this Truck Stop, and the Ontario PD has had to put one of those flashing blue camera towers in front of it every night. The food is average truck stop fare. The Arby's is decent, and the customer service is attentive and above average. The little Mexican restaurant hidden behind the Truck Stop is open crazy hours and I like a lot.
