My feedback to them on a number of occasions has been their lack of sparkling red varieties, and even more lacking is the chilled selection of same. The staff don't get to be involved what wine comes into their store. They would have a far better turnover by listening to customer requests without having the customer send an email to their head office.

Easy and convenient…read more I come here at least once a week and I always get good service and don't have to wait too long to be served (although I don't usually come at peak hours). The store itself isn't big but has the essentials such as chocolate and Famous magazine ;) also milk and other necessities. A few weeks ago my friend and I went to pump up her car tyres (yes, two girls with no clue about cars getting grease everywhere and making no progress). The shop assistant kindly helped us out and we were off on the road again. She was very helpful and didn't mind showing us what to do. Another good thing about Shell is if you shop at Coles your receipt will give you discount off your petrol per litre. I also find that Shell tends to be a bit cheaper than other servos.

It's close to where I live, has heaps of parking space on-site and it's pretty much always open when I need it to be. Second, the guys who work here are always super friendly, smiling and helpful. Even in winter when it's freezing inside the shop and I can't help but thinking how lucky I am not having to do this job. Third, they always have great wine specials and sometimes even wine-tastings. All in all, everything you want from a bottle shop.

I like the large selection of boutique wines that you won't find at the bigger wine shops. Fassina is SA owned and they post the weekly deals up on the window so I can always look before I go in. They do wine tasting from time to time. As I'm a sparkling red fiend; I like their range and they have a few decent ones to grab from their fridge and take straight to a friends place.
