The whole thing was dis organized and in my opinion, showed a lack of professionalism. We were first told to take a number to hold our place (waited over an hour) then came back at the directed time, and were then told they weren't going by numbers anymore, and that it'd be another hour or so. And the woman running it didn't seem concerned at all and told us it was free so we shouldn't complain. It's sad because I was looking for a new photographer in the Hudson area since we recently moved but this experience really turned me off. It's sad that it can be hard to find people who appreciate their work and can treat others with dignity and respect.
