Emily Ulster even volunteered to check for me and this particular medical clinic puts you on hold for a half an hour. It didn't take long until I was taken to a room. The Assistant talked to me took my vitals and even swabbed my nose to check for flu symptoms which was the most weirdest thing I have ever been thru. Being new to the area, from California, I had no one to provide recommendations when it came to Doctors. I got very lucky with Dr. Watts! I followed her to Exempla and now see her for all my PC needs. She is welcoming, compassionate and regardless of the reason for my visit, makes me feel absolutely comfortable. She speaks to me in language I can understand. What is amazing is, I know how busy she is, and I really only see her a few times a year - but she always remembers to ask me about my family and job (can't believe she remembers!). I can't say much other things that other reviews haven't said, but he is hands down the most caring doctor you will find. I believe his practice has been full and I regret having to have left for financial constraints at the time, but it was my loss.
