From that point they did nothing. They didn't help with anything else. Come to find out, Social Security hasn't received any medical records, and the firm didn't notify me or help.. I called every 2-3 weeks to find out what's the next steps, and all they did was say to wait until a decision is returned. No interest, and then when I complained they just withdrew from the case. Avoid using this firm for anything. I also contacted them for a duplicate matter regarding the accident which caused my disability and they were demeaning and rude. Absolutely horrible, and I would NOT recommend anyone use this firm for anything.
