A hot mess! The start date for class was postponed two weeks later the day BEFORE the original…read morestart date because of a "family emergency". Two weeks later we're told we have a new instructor just for the second day another family emergency occurs with her which isn't her fault. However the following day everyone is waiting outside the locked doors 15 minutes after class was supposed to start because no one's there! No lights, doors locked, no one was answering our calls, no emails or a heads up, nothing! Our class of 25 dropped to 8 that following week because the lack of unprofessionalism and communication was absurd. The one saving grace out of this school was our instructor Miss Terri. She went above and beyond making sure we weren't behind on our course due to the inconveniences that occurred that disrupted our learning days. She was patient, understanding, and lit up the classroom with her lively energy. If it wasn't for her I think the course would've been postponed again for god knows how long until they found another teacher on short notice, she saved my time and made sticking through the struggles worth it. I couldn't be more grateful but besides that I would not recommend. The lack of communication was terrible from the people in charge and even though Google reviews has a high rating (god knows how) I recommend going somewhere else for these kind of certifications. Yes it might cost a bit more but trust no low price is worth the headache and uncertainty.

Too many swimmers in the team with top swimmers barely able to get value. Coaches rely on 1 or 2 front swimmers to make themselves feel valuable. But the training doesn't target improvements across the team. No engagements if a swimmer doesn't attend trainings but monthly payment deductions are consistent. If you must join here, then pause membership whenever you confirm you won't be able to attend consistent monthly trainings. Resume payment when you're able to attend. The extra free month is to make you be consistent with monthly payment but thats not valuable. Stop payment by sending email notice and restart when you're able. We didn't train for over 6months, because the East Cobb location was outdoor even during the winter with no coverage provided to weather the cold! If joining the East Cobb location, don't join. Training is outdoor even during winter, don't believe promises of getting a tarp, they've been saying that for over 3yrs without actually doing that. Great coach in East Cobb but not worth it. Coach Caleb is totally awful, no engagements with parents other than collecting money. No value add on technique correction because they're like Sardines at GA Tech! Just awful. Try MAAC!

In addition, there's a Fall Break Art Camp for grades 2-5, where children will experiment with a range of media including watercolor, acrylics, and collage. As I walked through the space, I was able to watch artists at work and enjoy the current gallery exhibits on display. The atmosphere was inspiring and welcoming. Adult fall classes--running October 6th through December 13th--are also available, covering both visual and ceramic arts. Each class is taught by individual instructors, making it approachable for students of all levels. Best of all, online registration makes it simple to sign up. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that such a wonderful resource has been right in my neighborhood all along. It was a great experience, and I've already registered for pottery classes--something I'm really excited about!
