I was extremely reluctant to even consider going to a hair salon for any reason. Indeed, I hadn't been to a hair stylist in 7 years or longer because every single time I'd taken a chance on going, the end result hadn't been a good one. Each time, I'd come away not just disappointed, but with my hair a complete wreck, a total disaster that would cause me to swear I'd never go again. But there came a time, when I decided that my hair was too long for my age--it reached my waist, and that I not only needed to stop coloring it myself, I really needed to stop whacking away at my bangs. I at first received a consultation. I told Lisa Marie what I wanted (no layering, but it a bit shorter). She added a few suggestions ("let's frame your face a little",etc.) I could never have been more pleased with what she did for me! For the first time in my life, I had gone to a beautician who knew what she was doing and executed it to perfection! She colors, trims "the fuzzies" (as she puts it) off the bottom length, trims in the parts that frame my face, and my bangs have never looked so good! I've been back every two weeks for the past 18 months! Lisa Marie and Rose are both skilled, talented hair stylists, but they're both delightful, and enjoyable people to be around.
