Both my daughter and I are able to book at the same time and come in and get our hair done together, which is a nice thing to be able to do as well. When I got there the environment was beautiful and nice. While she was cutting my hair she asked where I wanted it to start and I told a little bit shorter, she didn't listen to me and cut it where she wanted. When it came to the back of my hair, I wanted to cut off a lot of my hair and have short hair, Once again she did not listen and still left a lot of length. When she was styling it, the cut looked nice but then she kept using heat and my hair broke. She would blow dry my hair, then straighten with high heat and then curl with high heat. When I got in the car my hair fell so flat and that's where I started to see the major problems. The left side is completely longer than the right, there are super short random pieces in the back, and it is not short how I wanted, it was NOT AT ALL what I wanted!! Even in the chair I told her I wanted short layers like the picture and she told me "well you don't have the same hair texture, it would not look good". I wanted short layers in the beginning and was promised short layers with the exact cut I wanted, now I was stuck with weird, uneven long layers in my hair. No happy at all.
