The salon is clean and stylish, has some good vibes, especially when there's lots of people in there - so many different chatterings going on. They offer complimentary beverages while you have your hair done, love that! The quality of the cut, style, and color so far has been phenomenal - even with non-master stylists. Both my daughter and I are able to book at the same time and come in and get our hair done together, which is a nice thing to be able to do as well. Really happy to have found a new salon after my long-time stylist moved out of state!

When I got there the environment was beautiful and nice. While she was cutting my hair she asked where I wanted it to start and I told a little bit shorter, she didn't listen to me and cut it where she wanted. When it came to the back of my hair, I wanted to cut off a lot of my hair and have short hair, Once again she did not listen and still left a lot of length. When she was styling it, the cut looked nice but then she kept using heat and my hair broke. She would blow dry my hair, then straighten with high heat and then curl with high heat. When I got in the car my hair fell so flat and that's where I started to see the major problems. The left side is completely longer than the right, there are super short random pieces in the back, and it is not short how I wanted, it was NOT AT ALL what I wanted!! Even in the chair I told her I wanted short layers like the picture and she told me "well you don't have the same hair texture, it would not look good". I wanted short layers in the beginning and was promised short layers with the exact cut I wanted, now I was stuck with weird, uneven long layers in my hair. No happy at all.

I scheduled an appointment with Bre, and she immediately took the time to understand my vision. She asked thoughtful questions to make sure we were on the same page, which I really appreciated. The color turned out exactly how I wanted it, even though I came in with a lot of ideas and suggestions. She also did a fantastic job with my haircut. I wanted a V-cut with layers that would remove some weight from my hair while maintaining length, and she delivered exactly that. The biggest downside is the cost. This salon is definitely on the expensive side, and there seems to be an additional charge for almost every service. I ended up spending over $500 during my visit. While the results were amazing and Bre was worth every penny, it's difficult for me to justify that expense on a regular basis. Realistically, I could probably only afford to come back once or twice a year for touch-ups. That being said, if the pricing fits within your budget, I highly recommend giving them a try. The quality of service and results are excellent. My first experience at the salon was less impressive--I only got a haircut with a Level 1 stylist, and it wasn't cut or layered the way I had requested. This visit was a completely different experience. I will definitely be booking with Bre again!

For reference I had fairly long hair. She then starts with her one guard on the side of my head and just like that my hair was already too short and unfortunately she had to make it even all around. The haircut was rushed and she was cutting WAY too fast which made me worried. Near the end I said it was way too short to which she replied "whattt no it's not!" and then I walk out with quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever received. Obviously people have their on and off days but I got the off day unfortunately.
