At that point, they finally text back to my reminder text from the night before that they ignored to say that they can't make it because they have a dentist's appointment. Not even an emergency mind you, but something they scheduled in advance at the same time we had a cleaning scheduled. Unbelievable! They were apologetic after the fact but that's a huge red flag. They've been very reliable and flexible with my scheduling needs, and have also been able to accommodate extra requests as needed here and there. The only downside has been that sometimes the turnover is frequent and some people did not do as good of a job as others (but again, they were sure to correct it).
