Not even an emergency mind you, but something they scheduled in advance at the same time we had a cleaning scheduled. Unbelievable! They were apologetic after the fact but that's a huge red flag. If there ever was an issue (like something was missed), they were sure to have it corrected right away. I appreciate having a company that doesn't use toxic products but can still clean well!
