Erin and Allison are unflappable, tactful, creative, fun and funny. They have your best interest at heart. They have the uncanny ability to make you think it was your good idea. They don't take credit and high five themselves, or at least not in front of the client. Also, they play well with others. The installers, warehouse staff, office employees, and everyone behind the scenes are the true backbone of this company. They deserve recognition, appreciation, and, above all, respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. In my opinion, the work environment was toxic and driven by an abuse of authority. Employees were often spoken to in a degrading and humiliating manner, especially those working in the field. It was heartbreaking to watch hardworking people--many of them Hispanic--endure constant disrespect simply because they needed to provide for their families. Too many stayed because they couldn't afford to leave, not because they were treated well. Employees were regularly expected to perform duties far beyond what they were hired to do, with little appreciation or recognition. The atmosphere often felt more like intimidation than leadership. A good leader earns respect; they don't demand it through fear, humiliation, or power trips. I was also uncomfortable with business practices that, in my opinion, placed profit above fairness. There were times when I believed customers were being charged more than they reasonably should have been, and that was difficult to witness. No amount of money or business success gives anyone the right to mistreat the people who helped build that success. A company is only as strong as its employees, and when those employees are consistently disrespected, undervalued, and humiliated, it speaks volumes about its leadership. Eventually, enough is enough. Every employee deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. I sincerely hope things change for the people who continue to work there because they deserve far better than the environment I experienced.

She showed up by herself & when I asked (3 times before she answered me) where her peple were, she said it was just her. I asked who would move all the furniture. She said she would- it would only take 5 minutes. I have a 50 lb cat tree, a 3 cushion couch. with 2 ottomans and a table. An outdoor rug, a table and 2 chairs, 2 deck chairs with tables and ottomans, etc. When I told her I didn't think she could move much of this by herself, she told me I was Rude!!! Then she said she was cancelling my contract! Lucretua is unrelaible, and unprofessional.

Lisa is terrific. She has an incredible eye for color and for making a room come together. She is very aware of budget limitations and never suggests that you have to get rid of something. She cares greatly that you love the look in your house and makes sure that the things you love are promptly part of it. She has helped us redo our dining room, living room and family room. She is extremely patient with my time constraints and with my lack of organization. When you are talking to Lisa, it is as if you are her only customer. She makes you feel like she cares about your house as much as you do. Her fees are reasonable and fair and her vendor recommendations are great. I can't thank Lisa enough for all that she has done for me to help my house come together. Working with Lisa is truly a pleasure. read more

Lisa is an absolute treasure! I hired a painter and and was working on choosing paint colors when my painter contacted me to say he could start the job early. I'm a mad panic I contacted Lisa based on other Yelp reviews and she came to do a paint color consult the SAME DAY!!! She didn't even normally work on the weekends but could tell I needed help! She arrived when promised and looked at the rooms I needed painted, asked questions and really listened to what I wanted. Her recommendations were spot on! It's like she picked the exact colors I was describing from my imagination! The job is now done and the colors are PERFECT! I will upload pictures if the sun ever shines again. After downsizing to a smaller house, we had many more photographs and art pieces than could fit on the new walls. Months later, after making no progress on our own, we tried to hire someone to help. The first company we called was not responsive, so we called Lisa on the recommendation of a friend. She called back within a few hours and came out the next day! In less than 2 hours we had sorted thru all of the potential wall hangings and selected what would go where in 4 rooms. She also made several suggestions to modify how we were displaying things in a large wall unit to make it look less cluttered. I have been working with Lisa Stevenson for six months in an interior design project for the main level of my single family home. Lisa has been amazing! She listened to our needs, and proposed pieces that were a perfect match with our style and that were still affordable. She listens well and makes recommendations based on your style and budget. She's also extremely patient and accommodating.
