I had to constantly follow up just to get updates or make sure anything was being done. * When the application was finally submitted, it contained major factual errors: * My marital history was incorrect. * My son's name and date of birth were completely omitted. * My current wife's details were missing or inaccurate. * Several of my international trips were either left out or had the wrong dates. * He also failed to properly address my past arrests, delaying the collection of court dispositions and not explaining what was needed or how it would impact my case. When I pointed out these errors and asked him to refile the corrected application and cover the new filing fee, he refused -- despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely on his end. In the end, I had no choice but to retain a different attorney to clean up the damage and move my case forward correctly.
