It's been more than 6 months and now they have gone silent. No communication at all. We have left several messages and no one returns our calls. I have been calling them for over six months. They have an answering service that answers your phone call takes a message and says someone will return your call. Well they never returned my call. This is getting to be a joke if you're gonna take these class, action suit or any lawsuit you should keep up Your contact with your clients and give them updates. I started my claim with an intake representative on November 11th 2024. They accepted my case. I was told that someone would give me a call back to go forward with the case right after the Christmas holidays. It is April 2025 now I still have not heard anything from the company and I have called over six times. Finally they got me to the guy who did my intake. His name is Derek Vasconcellos. I told him that I haven't heard from anyone in 4 months since the intake. I told him I would like to move forward with another attorney law firm and I needed to get a release form. Very angrily He said"okay I'll take care of it" and hung up in my face angrily. He acted as if I had harassed or aggravated him We weren't on the phone but 5 seconds before he gave a response and hung up in my face. But he took up 45 minutes of my time to do the intake. Surely he didn't care about that. I wanted to ask him more questions about if he would be emailing the in release form but I couldn't because he hung up in my face. I am still waiting for a response from all the calls that were supposed to been forwarded to the law firm still no call backs. They will take your case and have you waiting for months and months and months before they call you back to go forward with your case just to have you tied in so that you can't go forward with another attorney without the release forms. This is crazy. Stop being greedy and taking on so many cases if you can't service us. I highly recommend not to use these people. They will take your case but they will not get back to you until they are ready. They have all these people at this call center taking the intakes. When I spoke with another attorney they said that they would do the intake and an attorney would get back with you in 24 hours. I had several law firms reach out to me concerning the class action action mesh lawsuit. My husband and I finally decided to go with Pulaski Law Firm. After extensive review my case was accepted due to extensive circumstances. I even had further added information to escalate and help further my case. Sadly this past year my husband passed away losing his battle to brain cancer. I have contacted the firm and only speak to the answering agents that are supposed to forward messages onyo Paralegal and or lawyers. I was told my case is part of the class action and I would be awarded part of the settlement being distribute. A woman who works with this law firm, as seen on her LinkedIn account, hopped in my direct messages on Instagram threatening me over a gossip page I run. Her name is Leslie Lamacchia and she couldn't even identify herself as the person's representation that she was threatening me for. And she's "contacted the legal departments about my social media account" because she didn't like my content what a joke. It states clearly on my TikTok and YouTube accounts that my content is speculative. Her message was extremely unprofessional and it's a shame that this company would let a woman like this represent them. The most likely scenario is that she is actually making up the part that she ran to the authorities to tell on me. Secondly, she cannot legally represent the woman she is threatening me over just because she says so... The girl, who is a TikTok influencer, probably doesn't even know this woman or ever even spoke to her before. She should be ashamed to call herself an "attorney". I am a former college football player who suffered from a concussion and had to quit playing my senior year. I received a notification in the mail that I had been included in a class-action lawsuit against the NCAA. Pulaski said that I was entitled to a cash settlement, and I would just need to give them some information to be represented. I filled out a form they sent me, and the app auto-signed my way into their grasp. The fine print stated that I would be fully responsible for all charges is a cash recovery was made. Horrible firm. They worked more for pharma co than they did for me. They wanted me to sign a waiver accepting all future costs to my bladder damage. If my health insurance found out I would have had to pay out of pocket for every uti lifelong. Now I am facing a mesh removal. If I had have signed at their recommendation I would be facing over 100,000. They offered me a mere 4,000. They were to take approx 9,000. I never signed off with them. They hounded me to take the $. I contacted This law firm over a year and a half ago in regards to a mercer case that they had advertised on tv. I almost died from it and had gotten it from a hip replacement. it kept recurring and my hip kept failing. they felt I had a case yet they referred it to another law office. I accepted this as I am a paralegal and know the system and how it works. I heard from the other firm 2 times and the last time being in January 2016. tried calling several times and was told they would get back to me. Never did. Called Pulaski back and they never got back to me. In the mean time, I have had mercer again and if not for the care of wonderful doctors I would have lost my hip altogether. They are horrible. They took my case. Then they failed to keep me informed. I called them for an update and they said that they had just received a settlement offer for 26k. But, they said it would take three to six months for me to receive the check upon receipt of the paperwork. I had the paperwork returned within five days and it has been seven months. Every time I call for an update, they continue to tell me not to call and they will let me know when they have completed their investigation into whether or not I have medicaid liens. I didn't every qualify for medicaid. So, I am not sure what exactly they are looking at for seven months. They aren't worth %40 of my amputated toe. read more

I would give these people ZERO stars if I could. I was duped into hiring these people under false and misleading circumstances. They led me to believe that they would be handling my nexium case where use of this medication resulted in my end stage renal failure. They said that they MIGHT employ the ASSISTANCE of other attorneys to AID in my case. All of a sudden I get a letter from an entirely DIFFERENT law firm (in a different state) thanking me for hiring them! WHAT??? I was contacted by this office to be represented for a case. This case was a suit against lipitor, the two women that I ended up talking to were extremely unfamiliar with the medical condition that is being established and were extremely impatient and stuck up. Their tone of voice was condescending and at times rude. While I tried to explain my situation, it was obvious that they were more interested in showing off than listening to my story. I figured if these are the people that are running this office then god knows what will become of my case. When I told them I would much rather speak to the attorney (he had left me the phone message to contact them), I was told that he would not speak to me. I have been receiving regular and registered mail from them saying that after reviewing my case they have decided not to take it and are therefore releasing themselves from representing me.
