After phoning the breakdown services we were told to receive a call from the breakdown company who would have to tow our car home to Liverpool. A short time after we received a call to say they where on their way. Iain turned up not long after. What can i say about the service of care we received .BRILLIANT... Our car was pulled onto the tower and we sat up front with the driver Iain, what a wonderful guy, he made our journey home very enjoyable and we soon forgot about being tired and being being on a bummer over the car. I booked a full car service with this garage and motor dealer. I was impressed with the customer…read moreservice when it came to making a booking over the phone. All aspects of the service were explained to me, and I was asked whether any additional work needed to be brought to their attention. A confirmation email was received following my booking. The excellent 5 star customer service continued when it came to the day of the service. A phone call was made to me to inform me of the additional work that needed to be carried out, asking for my permission for this to be done after dropping my car off. They then telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection. When it came to collecting my car a breakdown of the work carried out was given, including future work that required to be carried out was explained to me fully. A visual health check document was given, so I could clearly identify what work and checks had been done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Had an engine fault while 150 miles from home and limped to a dealer in Hull. Dealer called BSM in Lichfield to get the codes for computer as I didn't have the service book with me, we were told it was not possible to get them from my file as it would take too long! Girl on phone was rude and abrupt. Then ended up speaking to sales manager as service manager was out, only to be told he could do nothing and stated that I had not purchased the car from them. Ended up being recovered from Hull. As I had been a customer for the last 5-6 years (my car and my wifes) I found this level of "service" unacceptable, and they have now lost a customer

A few months ago I went there for an MOT and left my car there in the morning and till about 4…read moreo'clock in the afternoon they had not called me. When I phoned them asking about what's the condition of my car and whether it'll pass the MOT test they told me they would have to replace a few car parts which they said would cost me and X amount of £. When I went over there to pick up my car after the parts had been replaced they had increased the asking price for the replaced car parts and they did not provide me with a receipt as to how much each part as well as the labour charges are worth. I confronted them about this which is why they changed the total price for the replaced car parts 2 more times which gave me the perception that they were making the price charges as they went along. I suppose they didn't have a fixed price list. Absolute waste of time and they've got no consideration for the customer.
